Evans Piling is the sole UK distributor for Steelant® B Pile Sealant, a registered trademark and globally proven sheet pile interlock sealant. Designed to perform in all climates — from tropical heat to arctic cold — Steelant® ensures reliable sealing under the most demanding conditions.
Manufactured from non-toxic, sustainable natural raw materials, Steelant® delivers an exceptional seal, even under torsion or movement within the sheet pile wall interlock. Once applied, it remains impervious to weather changes and retains its performance indefinitely. Piles can be driven just five minutes after application or even months later without loss of efficiency.
BIGUMA® – Bituminous Hot-Applied Joint Sealant
BIGUMA® is a high-adhesion, bituminous, hot-applied joint sealant containing plastic and elastic components. It is primarily used for sealing the joints of steel sheet piles before installation, particularly in sandy subsoils.
BIGUMA® is easy to apply, delivers excellent adhesion, and allows sheet piles to be processed immediately after cooling (approximately one hour).
